The Punta Gorda Club is proud to bring you the latest in overall health and fitness assessments. The BodyAge analysis is an exclusive health assessment developed to provide a quick, simple, and non-invasive baseline measurement of overall fitness and health.

BodyAge assessments have the ability to measure strength, flexibility, body-fat percentage, nutrition, cardiovascular fitness, and a variety of health risk assessments. Upon completion of the assessment, the system provides a BodyAge score as well as a very in depth report indicating rankings, ratings, and tips.

The BodyAge score represents a result that indicates how old your body is in years as opposed to your actual age. For example, if someone is 35 but their BodyAge score is 45, the result indicates that improvements should be made to the individuals overall fitness/health level.

BodyAge results can also be younger than actual age as well and that is the obvious goal we want you to achieve.
