Engagement Protocol and Referrals:
Our engagements usually commence with an office consultation and preliminary analysis, for a reasonable agreed upon fee, with no further obligation. On many occasions this consultation will be satisfactory for your purposes.

If there is a good fit, and we accept your case, there will be a brief letter of engagement outlining the scope of work and agreed upon fees and costs. Our usual approach is hourly, with a fee scale related to the attorney or paralegal experience. Each matter is unique, and the fee structure is open to discussion.

If your needs and our practice do not fit, we will generally be able to refer you to another experienced practitioner.
