MILCO Construction was founded by George Miller in 1962 in Lakeland, Florida. The company was incorporated as a general Contractor in 1970, and became the Central Florida dealer for the A&S Steel Building Systems Line. Still Family owned and operated, MILCO is currently managed under the direction of Jeff Miller (President), and Janey Miller Futch (Secretary Treasurer). In the beginning, MILCO's principal business was constructing pre-engineered steel Buildings. MILCO Construction, Inc. is now a design/build general contractor and erects all types and sizes of metal buildings.

For the past 26 years, we have been one of the top volume dealers for A&S, and a leader in the construction industry of Central Florida. The company's persistent attention to quality and detail, as well as the on-call service of the owner and field supervisors, has contributed to the company's success and growth. The growing experience has also led to larger projects, in new starts, reconstruction and additions.
