CPA Was formed in early 1988 as the result of the merger of two of the most respected accounting firms in the region - M. Gurwitz & Co., founded 30 years ago, and Leibovitz, Sokolski, Orlov & Kim Chin Yir, founded in 1972.
This merger formed a new firm strengthened by size and quality of professional staff, and provided an even greater diversity of specialized services and an outstanding blend of clients. Leibovitz retired in 1990, but remains associated with our firm in an advisory capacity.
