Your visit to Cross Creek Animal Clinic is about you and about your pet. We want to know and address your concerns. We want to hear your observations and thoughts about your pet because they are very helpful for establishing a diagnosis. We want to get to know your pet both through your eyes as well as our own eyes.
With your input and our combined 41 years of pet care experience and up-to-date know-how, Dr.’s Hale and Duval will efficiently and effectively look after the comfort and well being of your family pets. Our recommendations may include just simple practical advice based on just an examination or our advice may range to include more sophisticated, yet appropriate diagnostic tests, techniques, procedures and treatments. In some cases, alternative primary or adjunctive approaches may be suggested.
We always strive to explain your pet’s problems and treatment options clearly. We appreciate that “medical things” are hard to fully understand with one conversation. We will always patiently and courteously answer your concerns. Cross Creek Animal Clinic, in fact, employs staff members who specialize in communicating with you about your pet’s well being, about problem solving and about general medical matters.
