Rampart Properties, Inc. was formed in 1975 to provide professional community association management and consulting services to the Tampa Bay area. Rampart has provided quality and innovation in community management services to condominium associations, homeowner associations, cooperatives and developers.
At Rampart Properties we believe that our obligation to our clients goes beyond the monthly operating report, and demands a candid accounting of our successes and failures. We seek longevity in our relationships with our clients, and we know that performance is the only way to insure it.
Rampart Properties, Inc. was awarded the prestigous designation of ACCREDITED ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY (AAMC) by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) in 1994. Rampart is one of approximately 130 firms nationwide that have achieved this coveted designation. Rampart was recognized by CAI for meeting strict criteria in the areas of financial management, professionalism and customer satisfaction. AAMC designated management companies agree to abide by CAI's Code of Ethics for Managers and must comply with CAI's strict standards in the areas of insurance, manager education and financial reporting.
In addition to manager education, Rampart Properties provides a firm committment to the education of our board members in our managed communities. We encourage the board members of our managed communities to gain as much insight into the community association industry as possible to enable them to properly serve their homeowners as volunteer leaders.
