First Time Driver (D.A.T.A.)
All first time drivers in the State of Florida are required to take the Drug Alcohol Traffic Awareness (DATA) course before applying for their license.

Florida 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI & TCAC)
If you have a Florida Drivers license OR you received a ticket in Florida, then the 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI & TCAC) course is for you!

Florida 8 Hour Intermediate Driver Improvement
If the court or a judge has ordered you to take a traffic class, then the Florida 8 Hour Judge Ordered course is for you!

Advanced Drivers Improvment Program (ADI) 12 hour
Drivers who have been court-ordered or who have a suspended or revoked license may complete this twelve-hour Florida traffic school course in order to reinstate their license.

Florida Mature Driver Program
If you have a Florida Drivers License and are 55 years of age or older*, you are now eligible to complete a motor vehicle accident prevention course that will allow you to receive a mandatory reduction on your insurance rate for three years.

Congress Starts to Whisper about 55 MPH Speed Limit

A handful of people on Capitol Hill are once more talking about instituting a nationwide 55 mph speed limit in an effort to reduce gasoline and diesel fuel consumption.
Most members of the Congress would prefer to talk about something else.
