IRMC Wins 'Best Places to Work' Award for Second Year in a Row
IRMC was honored in October with the ‘Best Places to Work' in Indian River County Award from Workforce Solutions of the Treasure Coast. We were one of eight companies to win the award this year-four in the '51 Employees and Over' category and four in the '50 Employees and Under' category.
The award was based on more than 30 measurements, including turnover rates, growth percentages, employee training and development spending, promotion percentages, employee benefits and insurance packages, employee involvement in decision-making processes, work environment and retirement plans.
