Our 120-bed facility is conveniently located adjacent to Martin Memorial South Hospital. Our fine reputation of over 26 years serving the Martin and St Lucie County residents with quality skilled and intermediate care will make you comfortable with your decision. At Martin Nursing and Restorative Care Center, our professional staff gives each resident the care and attention they need 24 hours a day. Our highly experienced staff includes professional individuals (nurses and therapists) who have been serving the healthcare community for many years. Rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, are available here, as are counseling services to help residents and their families adjust to, and accept, new lifestyle changes.

Admission and Discharge Policy
It is our policy to provide support to the resident and the family on admission. Our Social Service department is equipped to handle all the needs of our residents and their families. Upon admission, evaluations and assessments are initiated by our professional staff to ascertain our residents physical, emotional, psychological, and social needs.
Each resident may have their personal physician as long as that physician is willing to visit the facility as often as is required by law. We assist families when arrangements for home care are necessary
