Bayonet Point Health & Rehabilitation Center can meet the short or long-term care needs of your loved one. You will find our facility to be much different than others. Making the Transition
If the rehab center environment is new to you, we understand that there are various emotions you may be feeling. Perhaps you feel a sense of relief that your loved one will be in a safer place or maybe you feel unsure of what will happen. Please know that we are committed to making the transition as pleasant as possible by providing comforting, nurturing support and quality medical care. Be sure to see the admissions staff, social workers, or nurses to find out any information you need along the way.

Our expedited admissions process allows acceptance of patients/residents 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Once the appropriate medical and financial information are received, a quick response on appropriateness for placement can be given. Rates and co-pays vary according to the insurance policy and type of accommodations chosen. Pricing and co-insurance amounts are available upon request.
