Habitual snoring and chronic nasal obstruction affects tens of millions of the U.S. population. Treatment is now available with Somnoplasty. Somnoplasty is performed in the office with minimal pain or discomfort in just a few minutes under local anesthesia. Radio frequency energy is introduced into the soft palate or nasal turbinate which results in the shrinkage of soft tissue. This shrinkage allows for an increase flow of air which reduces snoring or improves breathing. There have been no significant complications reported. Most patients return to normal activity immediately. Call for consultation and an evaluation.
Management of Zenker's diverticulum
Diverticuplexy has been the procedure favored by Dr. Endicott to minimize risk of complications and allow the patient to eat immediately after surgery.
Dr. Endicott performs thryoplasty for the paralyzed vocal cord, an external approach performed under local anesthesia where the patient may hear their voice return to normal.
