September 20, 2010 - Debora Kerr and Harvey E. Oyer, III, both of West Palm Beach, have joined the Marshall Foundation's Advisory Council. Marshall Foundation, we reached our $25,000 goal in early August towards a matching challenge grant issued by the Batchelor Foundation!
