As a criminal defense attorney in South Florida since 1983, I strive to provide clients with all the information they need to make intelligent decisions regarding the defense of their criminal case. Whether it's a serious felony charge or a misdemeanor, I have found that the failure to aggressively challenge the case is the most common mistake made by most younger criminal lawyers I see practicing today.
I became a criminal attorney with a generation that grew up challenging authority and have never found reason to back off. I notice, now, that many criminal attorneys seem to believe they must meekly seek "deals" without ever challenging the evidence in the case. I have stood by and watched people plead guilty when a more aggressive defense would have shown the charges were false or could not be proven.
Experience does matter in criminal defense. I know the way to get you from the beginning to the end of your case with skill, efficiency, and maturity. Your case will not be my first.
