Bikes and Blades
Bikes and Blades is the Orlando Areas only full
service rental shop. We offer hourly rentals; full day
rentals delivered directly to your hotel; or guided
tours along any of the local trails or through some
of the more historic downtowns.
The West Orange Trail
We are located directly on the West Orange Trail.
Our hourly rentals start at Mile Marker 0 of this
beautiful trail, which now stretches 22 miles along
the edge of Lake Apopka and through the quaint
downtown of Winter Garden. Some of the best
rides on this trail are broken up by lunch or Ice
Cream from one of the downtown shops.
Other Area Trails
The Central Florida Area is home to nearly 200 miles of trails. The trails vary from
the 46 mile long Withlacoochee which winds through the Withlacoochee State
Forest, to the Little Econ Trail which parallels the Little Econlockhatchee River. All
of these trails, as well as many others, are described in detail in "Florida's Paved
Bike Trails" by Jeff and Gretchen Kunerth available from Bikes and Blades.
