Founded in 1997, the law firm of Thomas P. Callan, P.A. practices in the areas of Eminent Domain, Land Use, Real Estate Litigation, Appeals, Municipal and Local Government Law, and select Real Estate Transactions.

Our clients are private property owners, corporations, business owners, associations, utility authorities, local governments, and other select condemning authorities throughout the state of Florida. We have handled cases and matters from Miami/Dade to North Florida.

The attorneys of Thomas P. Callan, P.A. have over 50 years of combined experience in the above fields of practice. We have held positions as in-house counsel for municipal and county governments; and outside counsel representing corporate, utility and governmental clients. We serve as trusted advisors and counselors to our clients. Our attorneys are trial tested, obtaining the highest results for our clients in an array of cases over a sustained period of time.

At this time, the firm is comprised of three attorneys, one paralegal, two support staff, and a project coordinator. We are also prepared to expand as needed. One of the advantages of our firm is that every client receives Senior Partner attention. Your case or matter will not be relegated to a less experienced junior level attorney. The attorney who prepares your case will be the same attorney who handles it through negotiation or litigation.
