We started several years ago with the idea of developing a storage facility dedicated to boat and RV owners. No more tucking away your valuable asset into a self storage facility or field not specifically designed to accommodate and protect your investment. We hope we have achieved that goal. On Solid Ground Mobile Storage opened for business in May 2005. The facility is located in Edgewater, Florida, just one mile west of the Indian River, and minutes from New Smyrna Beach and Ponce Inlet. We provide our customers a secure convenient facility designed specifically to meet their needs. For boat owners, our location within minutes to Ponce Inlet and the intercoastal waterway can save gasoline and long distance towing. For RV owners we provide a location that is close to major highways and easy access. In these ways, On Solid Ground provides value for your storage dollar.
On Solid Ground Mobile Storage houses five acres of storage, with 42 covered parking spaces, and 200 open spaces. The customer self parks their unit, and they have access to their unit with a unique PIN code twenty four hours a day seven days a week The lighted facility is surrounded by an 8 foot high secured fence, and it is monitored 24 hours per day by camera surveillance. Spaces are rented on a month to month basis.
We also offer you a place to wash your vehicle, an air compressor to keep your tires inflated, and restrooms for your convenience. Should you choose covered boat storage, or RV storage, there is electric available to charge your batteries.
