We do Chapter 7 relief and liquidation as well as Chapter 13 plans for debtors. Once our firm is retained, we take all creditor collection calls and direct our clients on the process needed to comply with Federal law pertaining to the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).
