Success depends upon high quality work at a fair price. That was the belief of C&S founder, Tom Sperring, in 1966 when he set out to build a maintenance business from the ground up. Since that time, C&S has been very successful and now has over 500 leased employees, maintained several million square feet of office space, school facilities, medical facilities, etc. on a regular basis; operate 55 drawbridges; and maintains many of the interstate rest areas in the State of Florida.
