ATLANTIC NONLAWYER SERVICES, INC., wants you to know that a great many of your needs can be met without the assistance of an attorney. Our goal is to absolutely minimize your costs . . . a truly affordable solution for most needs.

NOTICE: We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. All documents/forms are prepared based upon information provided by you. Confidentiality is assured. You will review a draft of each document to ensure the content is accurate and meets your approval.

POLICY ON CHARGES: Time with a NONLAWYER is charged at the time of your appointment. One-half non-refundable payment of your document/form fee is required prior to beginning the actual preparation of your documents/forms. The balance is due when you pick up your draft and/or upon the final acceptance of your documents/forms. Our fees include the original documents, and one copy. Additional copies are provided at a fee of $0.10 per page. Your personal check and cash are always welcome. We do not accept credit cards. Our prices do not include court costs, filing fees, long distance, mailing service, telephone calls or process serving fees.

CHANGES: Changes (additions, oversights, and/or deletions) to a document initiated by you are charged at $15.00 per change.

Same day service, when available, is charged at an additional 25% of the total document fee. (Minimum of $15.00)

Walk-ins are always welcome, however customers who have scheduled appointments receive preference.
