Gee Resolutions, is a mental health counseling, Employee Assistance, and Professional Development firm. The company was founded in 2001 by President and CEO, Dr. Nancy Gee. At Gee Resolutions, we specialize in helping people reach mental health recovery and focus on a positive future. We are trained, licensed, and/or certified in trauma recovery, post-traumatic stress, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, as well as other therapeutic strategies designed to help people reach full recovery.

We request that you arrive at our office 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may fill out a new patient information form which will be available to you in our reception room. Upon your arrival please make yourself comfortable and complete the questionnaire. At your scheduled appointment time your therapist will come to the reception area to greet you. During the beginning of your first session your therapist will briefly review the new patient form to make sure we have all information required for our records. You will also be asked if you have any questions regarding confidentiality or our cancellation policy. If you do not have any questions, you can proceed with the purpose of your visit which is to allow your therapist to get to know you and to answer any questions you may not have already asked about the counseling process.
If you are experiencing an emergency, Call 911 immediately. Urgent Situations If you are experiencing an urgent need to contact your therapist, please call our primary phone line and press option at (321) 631-8569, or toll-free at (321) 751-2932. Leave your name, phone number(s) and any message for your counselor. Then, as much as possible, keep your phone line opens unless you have a call-waiting feature. [Please note that it may take longer for your therapist to contact you when your telephone line is in use.] If you do not receive a call back within a reasonable period of time (it takes longer to respond if your therapist is in session with another patient) dial again and leave another message, stating the nature of your emergency and, for clarity, state your phone number more than once. Please know that we will respond as quickly as possible. After-hours or weekend consultations are charged at a slightly higher rate than regular therapy sessions. Non-emergency or administrative calls. If you are calling to speak with your therapist, or would like to reschedule an appointment, dial our primary phone number and press the second option [2] for a menu of our staff. Then, press the option given to reach your counselor. Please state your name, your phone number [twice] and the nature of your call. Your counselor will respond to you as soon as possible.

No Waiting-Lists: We can provide fast and responsive service because we are not associated with managed-care insurance companies. Usually you can be seen in our office for a first-time appointment within 24 to 48 hours of your initial telephone call.
Emergency Coverage: We are available any time of the day or night on a 24-hour basis and will quickly respond to you whenever you need us. Our phone answering system will notify us immediately of your call and if we are not already with a patient, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Privacy & Confidentiality: We take great care to protect your privacy from the time we hear from you and forever after you leave our services. We can not even admit that we know you. Should you need us to communicate with someone regarding your treatment, a signed release of information is required in order for us to do so.
