Last week we noticed that shame and guilt feelings are often used to manipulate people both in and outside of religion, but that idea isnt biblical. When the world uses the word guilt it is usually talking about a feeling, but when the Bible talks about guilt it is talking about something that you did. Theres a big difference between the two. Godly sorrow or remorse is centered on healing and reconciliation. > More
