In 2007 CASABLANCA REALTY, INC. celebrated 25 years of continuous real estate service to the Melbourne, FL community. Begun in 1982 by brother and sister, Mike & Diane Donovan, the company is now owned by Kitty C. Donovan. With the aid of her two daughters, Kelly & Cayce, who are also Real Estate Brokers, she has managed the company since 1997. The company has since grown to include 3 other real estate sales people bringing maturity and years of real estate experience to this office.

Kitty is a real estate broker holding membership in the NAR (National Assoc. of REALTORS, FAR (Florida Assoc. of REALTORS) and MAAR (Melbourne Area Assoc. of REALTORS). She is a former member of the MAAR Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Board of Directors and is on the local Professional Standards Committee. Kitty has extended her education to include being a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist ) and an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and taught in the Brevard County School System for 10 years. Cayce has the CPDE designation (Certified Destressed Property Expert) and can offer help and advice on short sales and foreclosures to sellers and buyers. Kelly has the ABR designation (Accrediated Buyer Representative) to help buyers purchasing homes.
