We are a family owned and operated business. As owners, my wife Cathy and I are in the store every day making sure that our customers get exactly what they are looking for. It's a true labor of love.
We select everything we sell. Our professional customers have come to depend on the quality of the products we sell, and we don't sell junk.
Our staff is knowledgable. We want to help you find the product that best suits your needs. If you are homeowner, we would rather sell you a great $99 stick blender than a $500 one that was designed for an institutional kitchen. We carry both, but we want you to have the best information before you make the purchase.

We love Key West. We live here. Our kids go to school here. We support the community.

We stock 12,000 items in our store and we offer a selection of products online through www.keywestchef.com. Everything we sell online we sell in our store. If it's "in stock" in our store; it's "in stock" online and ready to ship. We are not Amazon.com, but we carry a surprising number of things you can't get at Amazon (I know because we check often.) And, because we sell to professionals we are able to offer very good prices on the best kitchen tools and equipment.
