The Landings Realty, Inc. occupies the only on-site office at the Landings. As a community-based office with most of our agents living here, we list, sell and rent more properties within the Landings than all of our competitors combined. Our office has served the Landings since 1979. Situated on 250 acres of riverfront property, the Landings has more than 60 different styles of condominiums, villas, town homes and single family home floor plans; offering something for everyone in all price ranges.

We have 1-2-3 bedroom rentals available for seasonal or annual rates. As our guest, you will find little reason to ever leave the Landings. We have a challenging 18-hole executive golf course, 13 lighted har-tru tennis courts, an Olympic size swimming pool, stocked lakes to fish, miles of landscaped paths to walk, jog or bicycle. A newly renovated clubhouse provides indoor and outdoor dining, state of the art fitness center, activities and entertainment. The award winning designed sports bar with five large screen TV's offers indoor and outdoor dining with views of spectacular sunsets overlooking the river. The harbor and 192 slip marina is located on the Caloosahatchee River and is one of the largest in southwest Florida.
For our owners, we provide an array of services; preparation of all required lease paperwork, accounting, management, inspections, vendor scheduling, repairs, maintenance, submit sales and tourist taxes and month end statements.

We have an in-house remodeling division, Corax Services, Inc., offering remodeling of kitchens, baths, carpentry, trim work and flooring. In addition, we can also provide handyman services. They pride themselves on completing your project on budget and on time.
