However, we aim to resolve disputes without court intervention whenever possible. We routinely participate in mediation and settlement conferences, and use alternative resolution techniques with a high degree of success.

We represent individuals primarily in Lee County, Florida, including the cities of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs and Lehigh Acres. Our practice is located in Fort Myers, Florida and we have represented individuals throughout the 20th judicial circuit, which includes Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades Counties.
