We also perform all standard oral surgeriesand then some. We do wisdom tooth removal, extractions, oral and facial biopsies and treatment of pathology in the head and neck, including cancer screening. We also repair facial fractures and are often called to the ER as specialists in an accident response team. And of course, we offer full anesthesia services, with a staff anesthesiologist to top off our team of doctors who are all also licensed and practiced in that gentle science.

Because our patients sometimes want their faces to match their snazzy new teeth, we also offer a range of facial cosmetic surgery, including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, face and brow lifts, and cosmetic LASER procedures to tighten the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and remove sun damage, discolorations, and unwanted facial hair.

Finally, we are a center for continuing dental education through the Academy of General Dentistry, because we believe that the scientific progress that has brought us this far should be shared and furthered in the local dental community. To that end, we are also active in the Polk County Dental Association, with Dr. Richards as the immediate past president, and we have hosted semi-annual symposiums for several years with a group of local dentists, 30-40 strong.
