SilzerLaw Chartered is a boutique law firm specializing in U.S. immigration law. Based in Orlando, Florida, we provide immigration representation to clients throughout the United States. We assist employers in petitioning qualified employees from around the world.
Unlike other firms that have only recently taken on immigration as a specialty, SilzerLaw Chartered has been exclusively focused on immigration law for approximately 15 years. Our firm principals are seasoned attorneys with years of legal experience in business, employment and immigration law. They have the experience and expertise to guide clients successfully through the cumbersome and complex immigration process. We have a staff of professionals who have personally been through the immigration process and understand the frustrations and importance of quality service and attention to detail. We work as a team to provide full support to each clients case.
Because of the firms small size, each individual client receives personalized attention as well as direct access to and assistance from the firm principals. We realize and understand that every case is different as each individual clients needs, background and experience are unique. As a result, we provide personalized service and attention customized for each client of our firm.
We work with employers to tailor representation that will work within their organizations systems and practices and still afford individual employees the services they need. We do not have one size fits all services. We provide as much or as little immigration assistance as needed so that the employer can concentrate on their core business competencies with the assurance that they are in compliance with the law and are able to hire and retain the very best qualified employees.
Because of caps on visas and retrogressed priority dates, the timing of petitions and applications is crucial. As a result, SilzerLaw Chartered provides a strategic immigration planning service to meet both the short-term and the long-term goals of our clients. This is a personalized immigration plan developed in concert with our clients so that they can feel confident that they will not be foreclosed from opportunities to reside or seek employment or bring their relatives to the United States.
