Troy Harris, a Panama City native, began working in the office equipment industry as an IBM typewriter technician at age 18. Eight years later, in 1990, he opened Harris Business Machines in a 200-sq ft. cubicale housed within another company’s building. HBM quickly grew, moved to their current location, and became a full-line Canon USA dealer. Harris opened a second location in Pensacola in 2002 and a third in Fort Walton in 2005.

They are a local company with a local phone number, and they provide fast, friendly service. No More waiting around for parts to be ordered, supplies to be shipped or repair people to be tracked Down. Anything we need is just a phone call away. We didn’t know service could be this good!

It’s been more than a decade since we began calling on Harris Business Machines for our office equipment service/repair. the work your technicians performed has made our equipment work better than ever. Turning to you for copier sales and service was one of the best decisions we ever made.

We are so pleased with the two imagerunner machines we purchased through Harris Business Machines. These Machines Have eliminated the need for seperate equipment. We now have 30 computers networked to the two machines. We had no idea how invaluable they would become. This is so easy.
