Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist
Dr. Cohen graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He continued his training at the prestigious Washington University School of Medicine where he completed three years of general Psychiatry residency and two additional years in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship.
Following this training he was the medical director and acting Psychiatrist at St. Johns County Mental Health Center. Additionally, he previously served at Hasting Youth Academy and Psychological Services Of St. Augustine.
Dr. Cohen continues his private practice at the new Professional Center at Palencia Commons where, along with Antonia Fuller, ARNP, he sees individuals ages four years old and up for all mental health needs including psychopharmacolgical/medication management as well as psychotherapy.
Antonia Fuller received her B.S. in nursing from the University of Colorado and her M.S. in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Maryland. Mrs. Fuller has trained and worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings with children and adults. Mrs. Fuller specializes in family therapy and crisis intervention. Formerly with Baptist and St. Vincent's Hospitals, she has 20 years of experience in the area.
