Since 2005, hundreds of students have been taking dance, music and acting classes at our Port Charlotte Florida location. We started as a small school, but have become one of the most prestigious and fastest growing performing arts schools in the area. Our students come from all over Southwest Florida including Punta Gorda, North Port and as far as Englewood, Boca Grande, Arcadia and Venice.
Higher Ground Performing Arts Studio offers a wide range of dance classes, music lessons and acting lessons for all ages and abilities. Our curriculum includes Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Break Dance, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Pre-School Dance, Belly Dance, Salsa, Zumba, Voice, Theater, Guitar and Piano.
New programs are constantly being added to better accommodate our growing entertainment industry.
Whether dancing, singing or acting just for the fun of it, or training with a career in mind, we help guide all of our students to achieve their aspirations and dreams.
As parents, we realize you have a choice between several different dance, music and acting schools. All schools are not the same. We constantly renovate and improve our facility, and provide ongoing training to our staff to ensure that we are always presenting our students and parents with the best experience possible.
