John Winkler has been admitted to the practice of law in North Carolina since 1981 and in Florida since 1986. He graduated from Princeton University in 1977, the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1981, and received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1987. He spent four years as an IRS lawyer before entering private practice in Jacksonville over twenty years ago. A resident of Jacksonville for 27 years, Mr. Winkler is also a Florida Certified General Contractor, license number CGC1511306.
