The physicians of Clay Primary & Family Practice Center have been part of the community for many years, focusing closely on the needs and concerns of our patients. We listen to our patients and tailor treatments to their individual needs. The doctors, nurse and medical staff are here here to meet your urgent care and regular health care needs. Family Practice is the one medical specialty that ensures professional medical care for all members of the family from toddlers to seniors.
We participate in most major health plans. We offer a wide range of services. Urgent Care services are available along with both evening and weekend appointments. As part of a large group practice we can also make available services which are not delivered directly in our office but which are provided by our clinical colleagues.
