Come decorate our two sanctuaries for the Advent season. Saturday, November 27th, starting at 8:00am. For more information, contact Jody Murray (232-6981)for the 9th Avenue sanctuary, or Peggy Ackerman (232-8591) for the Summit sanctuary.

For children of all ages -- come hear Santa tell the Christmas story! Have pictures with Santa, and enjoy breakfast, games and crafts. Saturday, December 4, from 9:00 until 11:00am in McClain Hall at the Summit campus.

The church bus will leave the 9th Avenue campus at 2:30 pm on Thursday December, 9. The cost is $18, and covers ticket, transportation, and refreshments. To reserve a spot, call Scott at 255-0559 by Monday, December 6.

November brings Cokesbury's United Methodist Women's annual eyeglass collection drive. Glasses of all types, including sun glasses, are accepted. Collection boxes are in the 9th Avenue Atrium and the entry to McClain Hall at the Summit campus. Share the gift of sight for those less fortunate. If you are unable to come to church to receive Communion, the Bread of Life Team will come to your home, or to the hospital or nursing facility, to serve you on the first Sunday of the month. To arrange service, or for more information please contact Karen Amentler at 478-1431.
