The curriculum for level III students in the 9-12 class includes a one day internship at Safe Harbor Animal Hospital (owned by MSP parents Dr. Nat McKerley and Dr. Gina Forgey). Students get the opportunity to spend a morning observing and taking part in all aspects of veterinary work. Hylton, the student pictured above, said, "It was awesome! I want to go back and help on Saturdays!"
