The Pickel Studio with more than a half-century of commissions to its credit, continues to create innovative stained glass, mosaic and sculpture for religious, secular and public projects throughout North America.
From traditional to contemporary, the Pickel Studio has a skilled staff accomplished in creating new stained glass artwork to complement a wide range of architectural environments. Additionally, the studio has artists and craftspeople specializing in quality stained glass restorations.
Pickel Studio also offers masterful mosaic murals and dynamic sculpture of wood, bronze or stone.
Conrad Pickel (1906-1994), world-renowned stained glass artist, founded the studio in Milwaukee, WI in 1947. Mr. Pickel's lifelong passion for glass, color and light inspired him to create numerous imaginative works to honor life and the human spirit.
Today, Conrad Pickel's son, Paul Pickel, heads the studio. Paul is committed to maintaining the highest standards and traditions of the art assuring clients an uncompromising quality of fine workmanship. He is an Accredited Member, as well as Past President, of the Stained Glass Association of America.
