Our Programs are APPLE Accredited. We exceed the minimum standards required by State regulations. We strive to offer a higher quality Early Childhood Education for each of the age groups we serve. Our classrooms invite active, independent exploration and discovery. Our environment facilitates different learning styles, acknowledges differences in development levels, and offers flexibility to varying degrees of readiness.
Our classroom arrangements and schedule of activities are structured to encourage your child’s academic success while suupporting the way young children learn.
The elements needed to motivate the young child to learn are choices, increasing complexity and variety of activities for new challenges.
Our classroom arrangements and schedule of activities support the way young children learn. Throughout the day, children are encouraged to listen, take turns, explore their ideas and answer questions. Each room is divided into the following age appropriate centers:
Creative Arts Center Cognitive Center Dramatic Play Center
Language Art Center Music Center Science and Discovery
Our goal is to support children in their active exploration and to help them become self- confident, independent, and inquisitive learners. Social interaction takes place in all areas and helps the child mature in their interpersonal relationships.

Our Teaching Team
Our School Directors and Classroom Teachers are well trained in Early Childhood Eduction. Classroom Teachers possess Child Development Associate Credentials or Bachelor’s Degrees. All of our teachers complete additional Special Needs Training. Pre-employment background screenings and criminal records checks are perfomred on all staff members.

Your child is a very special gift and we are honored to be entrusted with helping establish the educational foundation that will benefit your child throughout life. We believe that we need to respect his or her individuality and help cultivate the learning process that your child needs to be successful.
Our schools have a diverse population of students representing many cultures and religions. All of our students share the desire to learn and enjoy everyday to the fullest. Our students are inquisitive and curious.

Countryway School Gets a New Playground
The climbing structure at the Countryway School was replaced with a new piece of equipment. Our new playground is a high quality commercial system manufactured by Park Structures. I want to be a Police Officer when I grow up.
Officer Iorio, Hunter’s grandfather, a Hillsborough County Motorcycle Policeman visited our school to talk to the children about his job.
The students asked many questions about the responsibilities of a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Deputy.
They learned how the Sheriff Deputy protects the public on the streets and in our neighborhoods.

Infant Care @ Childlife Orlando
