Chef, Lauro Medaglia, started his first restaurant in Tampa in 1981, and has established a faithful clientele. He began his career in Italy at a young age. Lauro spent several years in London working at the finest restaurants and hotels training under some of the best chefs to enrich his experiences.
He has won national and international recognition and praise for his outstanding cuisine. Lauro's commitment to extraodinary dining can be felt throughout the restaurant and it is fitting that the establishment bears his name.
