Traditional Thai Massage

A traditional Thai Massage treatment usually begins with the feet and ends with the head. All muscle groups are addressed, some more or less than others depending on the client's specific needs and areas of tension. During the session, the body is guided through a sequence of various movements and stretches, incorporating rhythmic compression, gentle holds, and marma point (acupressure) therapy.

Thai Herbal Bundle Treatment

Thai Herbal Bundles are herbal compresses that are integrated into a Thai Massage session. They can be either hot or cold depending on their use (hot or steamed compresses are often used to decrease stress, increase circulation, and alleviate restriction and tension in the body, while cold compresses are used to reduce inflammation and soothe migraine headaches).

Thai Foot Reflexology

A Thai Foot Reflexology session assists in clearing the acupressure points in the feet that correspond to the energy pathways in the rest of the body. This can allow for stagnation in the body to be released, resulting in deep relaxation, decreased pain and stress, and a more balanced state of well-being.

Double Practitioner Thai Massage

Double Practitioner Thai Massage consists of two practitioners working together to assist you through a dynamic and flowing massage treatment. It is a very specialized sequence that enables the client to experience deep relaxation and physical release. 

Marma Point Therapy

Marma point therapy (or marma chikitsā) is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment that works with the energy points on the body to release tension, reduce pain, detoxify the body, enhance awareness, promote health, rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit, and unfold emotional stagnation. 

Thai Massage on Table

Thai on the table is recommended for people who have difficulty getting on and off the floor or who would simply prefer to receive work on a table. It is a modified variation of a classical Thai Massage sequence, and still incorporates the foundational stretches and therapeutic massage techniques.
