Quality Platinum Bond Finish

Frames are prepared using our exclusive Platinum Bond finish process consisting of two coatings of polyester powder. This finish will not rust or peel, is three times thicker than paint and more durable.

Quality Aluminum Swivel Mechanism & Stainless Steel Hardware

Two fiberglass springs attached to an aluminum mechanism provides a smooth rocking motion, and aluminum doesn’t rust. Only stainless steel nuts and bolts are used where movement is desired, these will never rust or become wobbly like other fasteners.

Our designs feature a gentle curve in each chair back, ergonomically designed to provide lumbar and shoulder support for comfortable seating.

11 Straps on the high back chair – the most in the industry, this provides unsurpassed comfort. Suncoast uses 2” wide x 1/8 inch thick, 100% virgin vinyl straps with ultraviolet stabilizers and mildew inhibitors, for longer lasting colors and greater mildew resistance.

Durability, Built Into Every Frame

Aluminum frames, built to last. Unlike many manufacturers, we use heavy gauge extrusions in special configurations to increase strength and enhance the design.

Durable Heli Arc 360 Degree Weld

Hand welded with our special heli arc equipment, welds are full circumference, ensuring years of carefree enjoyment.

Double Wrap Vinyl Straps

To eliminate strap pull out, straps are permanently held in place by nylon rivets covered by a full double wrap of strap at each end.

Double Sewn Slings

Double stitched slings lock together the outer vinyl jacket of each fabric strand and lock the inner acrylic core, making slings more durable and longer lasting
