Welcome to the website for the First Baptist Church of Maitland, the "neighborhood friendly church". We are glad you stopped by to check us out. We are a church on the move, seeking to minister to the people who reside on the mission field that the Lord has given us.
If you don't want to be just a number in the crowd, we're the fellowship for you. Big enough to provide the ministry you need, while at the same time offering a means for you to "plug in" to a ministry of your own, as we seek to serve the Lord together.
We encourage you to join us for Bible Study, Fellowship, and Worship on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:45 AM, Bible teaching time on Sunday evenings at 7:00 PM, and our mid week prayer service on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.

First Baptist Church of Maitland has a long tradition of fine church music. The Choir provides a variety of musical foundation to the worship service each Sunday.
Special Musical Productions at Easter and Christmas add greatly to the meaning of those seasonal observances.
Choir is open to anyone wishing to use their talents in expressing their faith. Choir rehearses on Sunday afternoons at 5:00pm.
If you have never experienced singing in a choir or have been away for awhile...now is time to come back and receive the blessings that God want you to have. Just as God says "Come as you are", the FBCM choir family also invites you to come as you are and enjoy the fellowship of our choir family.
