Bean, Whitaker, Lutz & Kareh, Inc., and its predecessor, Howell F. Davis & Associates, Inc., have been providing surveying, planning, permitting and engineering services in Southwest Florida since 1963. Three (3) of the four (4) principal partners of Bean, Whitaker, Lutz & Kareh, Inc. have been residents of Lee County for over 40 years and over 95% of our work and experience has been here in Southwest Florida.
Over the years we have provided surveying, planning and engineering services for numerous projects throughout Southwest Florida. Our document and drawing files are very extensive and one of the largest private sources of property information in Southwest Florida. We have local aerials dating from 1944 to the present, current topographic maps, State right-of-way maps, flood maps and current land record information in our office. Access to local government information is readily available via our computer link to the various County GIS systems.
Our firm utilizes advanced computer hardware, state-of-the art surveying equipment, and engineering and surveying software programs to optimize efficiency. It is our goal to produce high quality professional work in a timely manner to meet our client's needs.
