Steve Marks is a former Miami-Dade County prosecutor who has practiced civil litigation since 1999. Bill Frazier began his civil litigation practice in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1996.

Steve and Bill have represented individuals, corporations and condominium and homeowners associations throughout the state. They are admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Floridas federal courts. Our law offices in Bunnell and Jacksonville serve Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, and the greater Flagler County community, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and surrounding counties, and Jacksonville and Duval County.
