Properly Inspected offers home inspection services in the Tampa Bay area, covering Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.  Our inspectors evaluate all electrical systems, heating, air conditioning and plumbing. Other interior factors covered during a residential inspection include identifying materials used (flooring, walls, windows, cabinets etc…) and checking for indications of prior water intrusion. We will also inspect the condition of the roof, windows, doors and the exterior. This includes patios, decks, sidewalks and driveways. Additional structures like pools or outbuildings can be inspected by request.  Commercial inspections also include assessment of amenities, known as a property condition assessment (PCA).
