STARS Rehab is an assembly of local physical and occupational therapists who are united in their desire to provide excellent patient care. We are determined to break the mold of traditional rehabilitation facilities by providing a unique environment for patient education and care. The staff at STARS is invested in the well being of our clients. We realize that the success of your treatment is dependent not only on the skills of your therapist but also the relationship you have with them. At STARS you can be certain that the most important patient is you.

Client Centered Model: At STARS Rehab you will always be scheduled with a licensed physical or occupational therapist. We do not use ancillary staff to guide our patient care. All treatment sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long, depending on your needs. You will work with only one therapist throughout your treatment. All new patients are screened prior to coming to the clinic to ensure they are matched with the therapist that will offer them the best assistance.

Caring Atmosphere: We realize that feeling comfortable and welcomed are important to your recovery. At STARS we strive to provide this type of environment while maintaining a professional atmosphere. You will always be greeted by a pleasant front desk staff. You will always be given the undivided attention of your therapist. There are admirable qualities that an individual cannot be taught. These are the qualities that we look for in all our employees.

Skilled Therapists: Our therapists are dedicated to bettering themselves as clinicians. We are always in pursuit of current evidenced based practice guidelines to be sure we are offering you the most up to date treatment. All of our clinicians have completed or are currently working on advanced certifications and degrees. We feel it is important to unite clinicians with a variety of different educational backgrounds. This allows a broader range of treatment concepts which ultimately will benefit you. STARS Rehab is the only clinic in Saint Johns County that can boast two Diplomates with the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Community Integration: We are dedicated to giving back to our community. We realize that it is the support of our surrounding community that allows us to be successful. Our therapists give back by offering pro bono services, participating in local fund raising events, and presenting free educational seminars on a regular basis.
