The Founding Fathers, in the Declaration of Independence, put it another way, We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator... and is perfectly illustrated in the common law of both England and America, which are based on this principle, and explained in William Blackstone's monumentous work, the standard of both common and statute law for almost two and one half centuries, The Commentaries on the Laws of England. Man, considered as a creature, must necessarily be subject to the laws of the Creator...consequently as man depends absolutely on his maker for everything, it is necessary that he should in all points conform to his maker's will.

Common Law necessitates that we presume a natural and immutable law for man just as real as the natural and immutable laws for the creation, ie. the laws of physics, etc. This law is as natural and common as the above sources state, thus to operate well in this world, one should seek to operate in ways that are normal, natural, or simple common sense, (sadly a commodity, that today is not all that common). This is a site that seeks to reveal that truth that is natural, common, normal, or as it were, the norm.
